Jeff Miller is a 1995 graduate of Edgewood High School. As a stand-out football player, Jeff rushed for 2,720 yards his senior year, breaking the career rushing record that had previously been held for 19 years. He was named 'First Team All Ohio' as well as 'Butler County Offensive Player of the Year' and 'Back of the Year' in both his junior and senior years. In addition, he was named 'Southwest Ohio Offensive Player of the Year' his senior year.
Following graduation, Jeff walked on to The Ohio State University football team and was red shirted his first year. Unfortunately, due to injury, he was unable to pursue his dream as a Buckeye football player. Jeff has redirected his passion for sports and currently coaches pee wee football as well as youth baseball. He feels it is important to not only teach the fundamentals of the sport but also the importance of moral character, teamwork, drive, and academics. An employee of General Electric, Jeff and his wife Ashley live in the Edgewood School District and are the parents of two children, Kylie and Cole. |
