Gina Fall, Class of 1992, was a four-year Varsity letter earner in Track & Field and a three-year Varsity letter earner in Soccer. She was named Top Field Athlete both her Freshman and Sophomore years in Track and was the Butler County Invitational champion in Discus her Sophomore and Junior years as well as Shot champion her Junior year. Her Senior year, she earned 4th place for Shot at the Regionals and in Discus, she won 3rd place at the Regionals but ultimately became State Runner-up. She was chosen as Senior Athlete of the Year.
Following graduation, Gina went on to make her mark at Ohio Northern University. She owns all of ONU's Soccer goalie saves records: the career record with 569, the single-season record with 181 and the single-match record with 21. In Track, she won the OAC Discus title each year from 1993 through 1996. She was also ONU's only four-time All-American in Track & Field, finishing runner-up in the Discus at the 1996 NCAA Championships. In 2010, Gina was recognized for her accomplishments by being inducted into the ONU Athletic Hall of Fame. Following her graduation from Ohio Northern, Gina became a Soccer, Track & Field and Basketball coach passing on her experience and knowledge. Currently, Gina is an executive for Target. |
